A Note on Custom Orders

Each customised creation is made exclusively for you. To honour the time and craftsmanship involved, please note:

  • Custom orders are confirmed upon full payment.
  • The process typically requires 8–12 weeks, depending on complexity. Certain projects may require more time.
  • As each design is uniquely tailored to your request, all customised sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Adjustments related to garment fit are not part of this service and may be done independently at your preferred tailor.

These guidelines allow us to devote the attention, artistry, and integrity each piece deserves.
