Delivery

DOMESTIC (within Singapore)

Domestic orders are delivered by Standard and Express shipping via our local logistical partners. They are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, and off island areas.

All domestic orders are entitled to free standard shipping with delivery expected within 5 business days.   Express shipping is available at a cost of SG$10.00, with delivery expected within 1-2 business days.

Deliveries occur on Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and on Saturday between 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional charges may apply if an attempted delivery was unsuccessful, for example, if there was no one to receive the package.  Delivery is made to the addressee on the order confirmation.

 

INTERNATIONAL

For international delivery, we offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

Standard shipping zones, costs, and approximate shipping times are as follows:

Zone 1: Malaysia - SG$5 (6-8 working days)

Zone 2: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Mongolia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam – SG$8 (5-22 working days depending on location)

Zone 3: Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Japan, Laos, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste – SG$10 (5-25 working days depending on location)

Zone 4: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey Island, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America (USA) – SG$20 (7-22 working days depending on location)

Zone 5: Rest of the World – SG$30 (8- 25 working days depending on location)

 

For Express shipping, we have partnered exclusively with DHL Express who deliver to over 241 countries globally.  Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).  In the case of express shipping, without the existence of any unforeseeable circumstances, you can expect to receive your purchases within 5 working days once the order has been placed.

Depending on your destination, and prevailing local conditions or public holidays, delivery is between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  

Wolf and Byrd ships all packages under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.  As such, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

As a package receipt acknowledgement, customer signatures are required at delivery to ensure your packages reach you safely.  Delivery will be made to the addressee on the order confirmation.  In the event of failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to Singapore thereby incurring additional shipping charges.

All international shipments are sent via Standard or Express Shipping.  Please select the option most preferred at checkout.

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Wolf and Byrd offers free standard international shipping with a minimum spend of SG$350.00.  In addition, we will offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time.  During these promotional periods delivery costs will be removed or reduced at the payment page.  Sign up to be the first to know of such promotions!

 

ORDER TRACKING

Both domestic and international orders can be tracked via our logistical partners systems.  Once an order has been placed and the package dispatched, you will receive an email with the necessary tracking information and/or the air waybill number to track its progress online.  In the event our logistical partners need to contact you, please ensure you provide a valid contact number (with country code)  during the checkout process.

 

PEAK SALES PERIODS AND FESTIVE SEASON

For both domestic and international orders, please allow for additional processing and delivery times due to higher operational volumes during peak sales periods and the festive season.  The same is applicable to returns and exchanges initiated during peak business periods.

 

DELIVERY PACKAGING

As a business, we aim to adopt various sustainability tenets no matter how small.  All local and international packages are enclosed in eco-friendly packaging materials.  Our mailers are either recycled or compostable.  Compostable mailers are made from corn based bio polymers.  These mailers break down in 90 days in commercial compost, and 180 days in home compost conditions.  All orders are also wrapped in our custom tissue papers which are made of paper from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified sources.  It is acid-, lignin-, and sulphur-free so that it won't leave behind these chemicals when decomposing.  Our wrapping tissue also uses soy-based inks that are an eco-friendly substitute to petroleum based inks.  Soy inks have low levels of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), which reduces air pollution during the drying process.  

Our packaging efforts aim to keep your items pristine and give your shipment the necessary protection, while also considering the environment.  Please consider the environment by recycling packaging materials, and/or reusing items such as boxes for storage or other purposes.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  2. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
  3. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
