We aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and with care. Below you will find shipping options, delivery timelines, and important information regarding domestic and international orders.


Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Domestic orders are delivered via our local logistics partners using Standard or Express shipping.

Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary for all orders
  • Estimated delivery within 5 business days

Express Shipping

  • SG$10.00
  • Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

SmartPac Shipping (Selected Items)

For selected small and medium-sized parcels, we offer SmartPac shipping as an efficient delivery option where applicable.

Deliveries are made:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 12:30pm
  • Excluding Sundays and public holidays

Please note:

  • Delivery is made to the addressee listed in the order confirmation
  • Deliveries to restricted areas (e.g. Changi Airport Cargo Complex, PSA Terminals, Army Camps, and off-island locations) may not be available
  • Additional charges may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts


International Shipping

We offer Standard and Express international shipping options based on destination zones.

 

Standard International Shipping

Zone A — Regional Asia

Standard Shipping: SG$8

Countries:

Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Timor-Leste

Zone B — East Asia

Standard Shipping: SG$11

Countries:

Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia

Zone C — Asia Pacific

Standard Shipping: SG$13

Countries:

Australia, New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Maldives

Zone D — Europe & North America

Standard Shipping: SG$26

Countries include:

United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Canada, United States of America

Zone E — Other Global Destinations

Standard Shipping: SG$30

Includes:

Middle East, Africa, Central and South America, Caribbean regions, and other international destinations not listed above.


Express International Shipping (DHL or FedEx)

Express shipping is available globally via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on destination.

Express delivery rates are calculated according to shipping zone and upgraded service level. Final pricing will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery is typically within 3–5 working days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local conditions.


Free International Shipping

Complimentary standard international shipping is available for qualifying orders.

Minimum spend thresholds vary by location and typically range between:

  • SG$300 – SG$400, depending on destination zone.

Any ongoing shipping promotions will automatically be applied at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • Prices displayed do not include import duties or local taxes
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required by their destination country


Order Tracking

All domestic and international orders include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details and/or the airway bill number.

Please ensure a valid contact number (including country code) is provided at checkout should delivery partners need to contact you.


Peak Periods & Processing Time

Orders typically require up to 48 hours for processing and dispatch.

During peak sales periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 72 hours, and delivery timelines may be longer due to increased shipping volumes.

Returns and exchanges may also require longer processing times during these periods.


Packaging & Sustainability

At Wolf & Byrd, we aim to make responsible choices throughout the shipping experience while balancing durability and protection.

Our packaging includes:

  • Recycled poly mailers for secure delivery
  • FSC-certified wrapping tissue paper
  • Paper wrapping and string ties
  • Soy-based inks for printed materials

Our packaging choices are designed to protect your garments while reducing unnecessary environmental impact. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging materials whenever possible.


Additional Delivery Information

  • Orders may require verification with your card issuer before dispatch
  • Delivery timelines begin after order acceptance and dispatch
  • While we work closely with logistics partners, customs clearance delays may occasionally occur for international shipments
