General Store Information

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm (Singapore time).

We observe all gazetted Singapore public holidays.

Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow additional processing and delivery time during peak sales periods and festive seasons.

Product descriptions, measurements, and colour representation are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, colour may vary slightly depending on device screens.

Items, prices, and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Currency & Pricing

What currency are prices displayed in?

Our store’s base currency is Singapore Dollars (SGD).

You may view prices in selected currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD) using the currency selector for convenience. However, all transactions are processed in SGD at the prevailing exchange rate.

Your statement may show: SP * WOLF AND BYRD.


Ordering

How do I make a purchase?

  1. Browse using the SHOP menu
  2. Select your size and/or colour
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. Review your cart
  5. Proceed to Checkout

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may check out as a guest.

Creating an account allows you to:

  • View order history
  • Track order status
  • Enjoy faster checkout with saved details
  • Receive brand updates and exclusive offers

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wolfandbyrd.com.

Before dispatch we may be able to:

  • cancel an item
  • change a size
  • update billing or shipping details

Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

We accept:

Yes. We take data protection seriously and use secure SSL encryption through Shopify systems.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship both locally and internationally.

  • Local deliveries within Singapore (excluding certain restricted zones)
  • International shipping to over 241 countries

Please note:

We do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Singapore

  • Standard: complimentary (approx. 5 business days)
  • Express: SG$10 (1–2 business days)

International

Delivery timelines vary by destination.

  • Standard shipping: approx. 5–25 working days depending on zone
  • Express shipping (DHL/FedEx): approx. 3–5 working days

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to ensure safe receipt.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.

Import duties and local taxes are payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.


Packaging

We use thoughtfully selected packaging designed to protect your garments while considering environmental impact.

Packaging includes:

  • Recycled poly mailers
  • FSC-certified wrapping tissue
  • Paper wrapping and string ties
  • Soy-based inks

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our policy conditions.

  • Return shipping is generally non-refundable
  • Complimentary standard reshipping is offered for one approved size exchange per order

Will I receive a full refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards in the following denominations:

  • SGD 50
  • SGD 100
  • SGD 150
  • SGD 200

Gift Cards:

  • may be used more than once until balance is exhausted
  • are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • apply to final order totals including shipping
