Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love every piece you receive from Wolf & Byrd. If something isn’t quite right, we aim to make returns and exchanges clear and straightforward.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Thoughtful Purchasing

We encourage customers to review sizing information and product details carefully before purchasing. Thoughtful purchasing helps reduce unnecessary returns and supports our commitment to responsible production and environmental stewardship.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • New, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free from scents, stains, or marks
  • Returned with all original garment tags attached

Please take care when trying on items. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.

Products sold as Discount, Sale, or Markdown items are not eligible for return or exchange.


1. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide the item is not suitable after trying it at home:

  • Contact customer care at hello@wolfandbyrd.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order details and item(s) you wish to return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as Wolf & Byrd is not liable for lost or damaged parcels in transit.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


2. Manufacturing Defects

While each piece undergoes quality checks, manufacturing defects may occasionally occur.

If you believe your item has a defect:

  • Contact hello@wolfandbyrd.com immediately upon receipt
  • Our team will provide return instructions

Return shipping costs for verified defects will be reimbursed.

After inspection, you may choose:

  • A refund to the original payment method; or
  • An exchange (subject to stock availability)

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Please note:

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents will not be considered faulty.


3. Exchanges (Size Exchanges Only)

Exchanges are available for size changes only. Exchanges for different styles or colours are not currently offered.

To request a size exchange:

Email hello@wolfandbyrd.com within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping for the replacement item will be complimentary.

Each order is eligible for one size exchange.

If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days after receipt of the returned item


5. Repeated Returns or Exchanges

To maintain a fair shopping experience for all customers, we monitor return and exchange activity. Excessive or unusual return patterns may result in account review or refusal of future orders at our discretion.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
