Wolf & Byrd Founder Bhajinder Kaur

Wolf & Byrd was founded on a simple belief.

That beauty, purpose, and responsibility could coexist. Not as competing priorities, but as essential parts of the same whole.

This belief continues to shape everything founder and creative director Bhajinder Kaur creates.

With a background in business and entrepreneurship, Bhajinder was drawn to the idea that organisations could create value beyond financial outcomes alone. She believed that creativity and commerce did not need to exist at opposite ends of a spectrum, and that business could be a meaningful vehicle for both expression and impact.

Wolf & Byrd emerged from this conviction.

Conceived as more than a womenswear label, the brand became a way to bring together thoughtful design, storytelling, and purpose. Each collection is approached as a living narrative, balancing structure and softness, strength and grace, artistry and wearability.

For Bhajinder, clothing is not simply about appearance. It is about how we move through the world, how we express ourselves, and the stories we carry with us. The goal is not simply to create beautiful garments, but to create pieces that hold meaning for the women who wear them.

Today, her work spans fashion, art, writing, mentoring, and advocacy. While each pursuit takes a different form, they are united by a shared belief in the power of creativity to inspire connection, encourage self-expression, and contribute positively to the communities they touch.

As Wolf & Byrd continues to evolve, it remains rooted in the same belief that inspired its beginning: that beauty can inspire, purpose can guide, and responsibility can create lasting impact.
