Style Uplift: Confidence for New Beginnings
From mid 2025 to March 2026, Wolf & Byrd collaborated with SINDA to launch the Style Uplift Campaign, supporting young women as they prepared to enter the workforce.
Impact included:
- 100 young women supported
- Full professional outfits provided
- Personalised style notes and confidence-focused guidance
- Mentorship advice contributed by co-sponsors
- In-kind retail value exceeding SGD $24,000
This initiative reflects our belief that confidence and dignity can be strengthened through thoughtful design and community collaboration.
The Art of Continuity
The Art of Continuity represents Wolf & Byrd’s circular approach — extending the life of garments through thoughtful redesign and reworking.
To date:
- 130 unsold garments have been reworked into renewed designs
- 6 customer garments have been refreshed or extended
- Reworking practices contribute to reduced waste and longer product life cycles
This initiative reflects our belief that fashion can evolve rather than be discarded.
Wolf & Byrd was also selected to participate in Singapore Fashion Council’s Singapore Stories 2025, where the featured collection was created entirely from reworked unsold pieces. The presentation included a handcrafted charcoal realism wearable artwork that required over 200 hours of craftsmanship by our founder — exploring the intersection of artistry, sustainability, and the future of fashion.
Local Craftsmanship & Economic Contribution
During 2025, Wolf & Byrd expanded its local supply chain by engaging about 7 local seamstresses and tailoring businesses.
This initiative supports:
- Contribution to the local economy
- Collaboration with women-owned small businesses
- Reduced transportation distances and lower carbon footprint
- Greater flexibility to support circular fashion initiatives such as The Art of Continuity
Strengthening local craftsmanship allows the brand to preserve artisanal skills while aligning production more closely with our values.
Responsible Packaging Choices
Wolf & Byrd continuously reviews packaging decisions to reduce environmental impact while maintaining a premium customer experience.
Current practices include:
- FSC-certified paper for wrapping, stickers, and inserts
- Soy-based inks
- Recycled poly mailers for shipping
- Paper wrapping and string ties in place of plastic packaging wherever possible
These choices reflect our ongoing commitment to responsible material use.

Looking Forward
Impact at Wolf & Byrd is an evolving journey. Looking ahead, the brand is committed to strengthening both social and environmental contribution through intentional growth.
Key focus areas include:
- Expanding partnerships with artisan and small-scale suppliers
- Increasing use of natural and sustainable fibres while reducing reliance on synthetic materials
- Supporting customer wellbeing through healthier fabric choices
- Designing with end-of-life responsibility in mind, recognising that natural fibres are more sustainable to reintegrate into ecosystems compared to synthetic alternatives
This transition has already begun. In 2025, many pieces within Volume 5 incorporated natural/sustainable fibres such as silk, cotton, and lyocell blends — reflecting our continued movement toward more responsible material decisions.
The Journey Continues
Impact reporting is a living process at Wolf & Byrd. As the brand grows, we remain committed to learning, refining, and deepening our contribution across social, environmental, and emotional dimensions.
