At Wolf & Byrd, every piece begins with intention — designed not only for how it is worn, but for how it lives with you over time.

Material Narratives

Silk (including silk blends)

Silk embodies softness, fluidity, and quiet strength. As a natural fibre, it responds beautifully to gentle handling and mindful storage. Over time, silk develops character — a reflection of wear and lived experience.

Cotton (including cotton blends)

Cotton offers ease, breathability, and grounded comfort. It is a timeless fibre that softens with wear, becoming more personal with time. Thoughtful handling and mindful storage help preserve its structure and finish while allowing it to age gracefully.

Linen (including linen blends)

Linen carries an effortless elegance — breathable, relaxed, and quietly refined. Its natural texture and lived-in character are part of its beauty. With thoughtful handling, linen becomes softer over time while retaining its distinctive personality.

Tencel™ / Lyocell

Known for its breathable nature and elegant drape, lyocell reflects our movement toward more considered materials. It performs beautifully when treated with care and benefits from minimal stress during wear and storage.

Modal

Modal introduces softness and ease, creating pieces that feel gentle against the skin and naturally relaxed in expression. Its fluidity supports silhouettes that move with lightness and comfort.

High-Quality Polyester

When selected with intention, modern technical fibres bring strength, shape retention, and longevity. Used thoughtfully, they support the architecture of a garment while allowing designs to maintain their form across time.

Presence Through Stewardship

We design with longevity in mind — encouraging a slower relationship with fashion where garments are revisited, appreciated, and lived in thoughtfully. Space, time, and gentle attention allow pieces to retain their natural integrity.

Care as Sustainability
